as i had mentioned prior, my aunt & cousin from california were also in holstein visiting. our trips just happened to overlap a couple of days, so they were able to meet oliver for the first time! but...the guys went to sleep (dad & oliver) so it was left to us ladies to bring on the good times! and we did! nothing like a night of laughter, wine, music & dancing...at home!
is that a yawn?! yep...better get the little guy to bed ;)
we broke out the big band music & let grandma show us how to do it!
then jan was challenged to follow along to music video playing on the computer...
and then we attempted a group shot...
okay i think we got it!
the next day they had to leave. and i promised we would visit out in napa!
so this concludes just about everything that took place on our trip to iowa & back. it was definitely a great experience with so many memories =)

ReplyDeleteby the way -- that last photo was right before Oliver's lovely wet diaper somehow leaked onto my shirt! haha, it's okay. totally worth getting to hold that cute little guy. :)
