busy weekend for the tooth farmer.

as my 'things to do' list keeps piling up (& mike's honey-do-list haha)...somehow, i still manage to keep you all informed of the important (and not so important) stuff going on. within that, i thought that i would pass along the naughtiest brownie recipe i've ever come across...just in case you were wondering what you were going to be shoving in your face all weekend. i've taken the guess-work out of it for you. sorry pregnant readers. happy weekend to all!

german chocolate caramel brownies.
hand mix: one german chocolate cake mix (just the cake mix), 1/2 C melted butter & 1/3 C evaporated milk. press 1/2 of the mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 in pan. bake @ 350 for six minutes.
melt: 14 oz bag of caramels & 1/3 C evaporated milk. pour over baked mixture, once out of the oven. drop the remainder of brownie mix in spoonfuls over the caramel. sprinkle with 6 oz of chocolate chips. bake 12-15 mins. do not overbake. let cool. enjoy.

and in case you didn't catch on to who exactly the tooth farmer was...
he has four of them sprouting right now!

  1. Henry tries to stand on the dishwasher too! What is that all about? I'm afraid he's going to break the door since he's a chunk, but maybe I'm just worrying about nothing. He loves to push and pull the racks, too. Just wait until I teach you how to load and unload it, kid! That's what I'm talking about!
