good bye olly baby locks - - ---

so we all bit the bullet & finally gave oliver a big little boy haircut. his first real haircut. he looks like a completely different child. i keep looking at him & inside my head i'm like 'who is this strange boy in our house?!' the process of the haircut was less than a simple task. hillary came over with her supplies & treats...b/c we unknowingly knew what was about to happen...she, on the other hand, knew that not only a straight jacket & sedatives were a necessity...but she also brought starbursts =) and as you can see...he was a little attached to his long hair. mike & i didn't even have a chance to react to the curls silently dropping to the floor b/c we were too busy trying to calm him down, shove hair infested starbursts in his mouth & take photos of this milestone moment =) we absolutely think he looks very adorable although it pulls at our heartstrings a little b/c a little boy has emerged! enjoy the before, during & after...

he just looks so much older now...i might as well write out a check for his first & last month's deposit for his first place on his own... =( good bye olly baby locks!
